I collected my car after it has been in for repairs which was also a struggling progress with the panel beaters because they got the instruction to put second hand / pirate parts on my car, so in result I had to wait 3 days longer for my car and they eventually got a bumper. Now when I collected my car, I picked up that it has a 'Clucking' sound from the front, (Don't think they checked the control arm bushes or anything on the suspension before I got the car back. Neither the panel beaters or the assessor from the insurance.) AND my windscreen has a crack on, which was definitely not there before the afternoon of the accident, I only also picked it up the Friday I collected my car and went back to work. Since Friday afternoon until I tried phoning to sort it out, but keep on getting put through to someone else the whole time and cant get through to someone to help me, asked for manager and for them to call me back, but NOTHING!! Not happy with the service. Also see previous complaint for "Unhappy for consultant who didn't do her work", on the 02/05/2013, same claim!!
