ADT not honouring agreement

ADT replaced my keyboard/panel but the very next day the same problems occurred. A second callout was logged and the technician found that the problem was due to a damaged data cable. I then queried why I had to pay for a new panel. Kuben Moodley agreed that a technician would come out and replace my old panel and if it worked I would be refunded for the panel and possibly for the second callout as well. O 16 May the technician replaced my old panel, which is working perfectly, and took the new panel away. Since then I have not heard from Kuben regarding my refund. I have phoned the call centre twice and they assured me that they would get Kuben to call me. It is now two weeks since they took back their panel and I have still not heard from them.
