I purchased a cot from Kizquarters which I have had never eneding problems with. The day it was delivred I had to contact them immediately after as the cot was so wobbly. They came back and said the screws just needed to be tightened.
After I had my baby and now used the cot I realised it was still far to wobbly and very unstable. I contacted Kidzquarters again and they came back to fix it. This time theu had to drill additional holes and put in more screws to make the cot more secure. In the process they split the front panel. They took the measurements and said they would come back to replcae the panel as well as the draw which never fitted properly initially.
They replaced both the panel and draw.
Now the front panel does not sit on the base properly and is so unstable and unsafe that I am going to have to purchase a new cot as I cannot risk having my baby in this cot.
Very dissapointed that such an expensive cot (R8 000) is so badly made and unsafe.
