We have paid Karebo in November on the day of installation for new dimmable bulbs. The technician said that if we pay immediately he will install the next day. A month has past and no show.
I called in December to find out what is going on. They confirmed that they will install the 9th on January... its the 8th of February already.
With the bulbs that is a no show we are still also waiting for the geyser and pool installation...
This is very poor and unacceptable service!
