I registered on Karebo Systems site on the 9th of January 2013 for the Eskom roll out program. I also paid the upfront fees for the dimmable down lighters. i received an email confirming payment and that a contractor would contact me shortly. Also stated that it would be done within 4 - 6 weeks. I have called the call centre on 3 occasions and they told me the same thing all 3 times, " they don't know why its not done yet and will put a note on the system and forward it to the person that handles the Durban area" to date (12 March 2013) no one has called me regarding the installation.
