I bought two small take away shops at the end of last year and wanted to buy coke from Shanduka beverages, after much hunting and nothing short of begging and pleading a rep (Thomas) came and sorted out the account, I then took over another take away store, ( not as a going concern, a concept that Thomas never really got) With in the first order problems began with deliveries, normally to the wrong shop or not at all, with the advice of " buy from a whole sale or Spar " I have spoken to various people at Shanduka, any solution offered has only ever been very short term, documents for a new account have been submitted, and now on a Friday morning I get phoned by Thomas to say they will only deliver on Monday as they were not able to process the order in time, so I should " make another plan " I have tried to contact his direct superior, but alas he isn't answering?
The general attitude of Shanduka beverages is " we sell coke, you have to buy it from us, where you get it from doesn't matter, we still make our money so we really don't care about our customers, cause we don't have to "
and it does not matter how incompetent the sales rep is or how bad the services is they get worse
