Karebo replaced bulbs and other energy savers in my complex in Dec 2012. They could not complete my house and needed to come back to replace 22 down lighters. I called on 07/01/2013 to enquire. I left several messages with JR. He then asked me to SMS him my details. Still nothing. Then I spoke to Desmond who asked me to send him an email, still nothing. Then I got called by Brendon saying they would come through on 28/02/2013. Never pitched. When I followed up they said the security would not let them in. I queried with the Security and they have no record of Karebo ever coming through as they said. I am now totally off of continuously being given the run around. I wanted my bulbs replaced immediately. I want Karebo to contact me ASAP to correct thir repeated mistakes. I also have proof of all calls made to them, as well as the email and SMS sent as requested.
