I registered with Karebo Systems in November 2012, requesting the installation of dimmable downlighters.
Karebo almost instantly forwarded an invoice which I promptly paid.
Five months later I now have to request a refund as no installation was done.
Clearly Karebo do not have the capacity to properly manage installations - are they just milking the opportunity presented by the ESKOM roll-out programme?
Do they not actively manage and follow-up on outstanding installations - clearly not.
Yet another example of how service delivery continues to fail in SA
