FAULTY GEYSER TIMERS since installation!

I had 2 geyser timers installed. The technicians came out 2 times after installation to replace the timers. The installation kept tripping my main power supply. I did not have hot water and power supply for 3 days! i complained about the timers not going back on after a power outage. The person as per the installation sheet is no longer the on the job as his contract with karebo is over! He was kind enough to inform Karebo. Karebo made an appointment for he 19 April and did not pitch. I called and left messages and no response to date! Now the timers have tripped my main power and geyser switch which no longer works! Clearly this was not installed properly. And I cannot get the geyser switches up either!

I want the timers removed. and the problem with the shortage fixed. I will not blame users that will refuse to be part of any energy saving programmes. they also installed LED lights. and in the process broke one of my light fittings that no longer works. This needs to be fixed. The technician that installed the light did not want to go into the ceiling after the fitting was damaged to repair the cords he pulled loose. They were suppose to be registered qualified installers.
