Our geyser has not been heating for the last 3 days and we have tried to log a call with Karebo Systems to investigate. After numerous calls and queries, everyone (Eskom, Karebo, etc) has directed me to a certain Menzi Gumede, who is supposed to the the project manager for Durban. Menzi is almost impossible to get hold of and as it stands, we are not able to log a call for after sales service and we have no hot water.
I find that Karebo are extremely poor when it comes to after sales service, there is no process to log a fault, no resources to investigate problems, it seems their primary aim is to install faulty equipment and disappear into thin air.
Please can someone get back to me to investigate the issue so we can have hot water again.
