Karebo Systems ARE NOT servicing registered clients who have paid their upfront fee. They are lying to their customers (look at the numerous reports on this site where they give assurances that all registered customers will be serviced). I have just spoken to one of the Project Managers to find out why they did not attend an appointment they made last week. Apparently they have run out of stock and are not seeing anymore customers. Be aware - do NOT pay them any money. SHAME ON YOU KAREBO SYSTEMS.
I AM REGISTERED, WITH A REFERENCE NUMBER and I paid an additional R375 to Karebo Systems to have the dimmable lightbulbs. They have taken my money, banked it and now they are not providing the service they assured everyone they would provide. I wonder if ESKOM are aware of the acts of Karebo Systems?
