I wrote a complaint to above company on the 23 January 2014 and on the 24 January 2014 in the morning I received a call from their agent by the name of Nomsa if I am still correct who wanted to get clarification of my problem. She then promised to call me back around 15h30 same day CAT of which she did not come back to me. On the 02 February 2014 I have send a follow up e mail which as well I did not get any response.

In my e mail I have requested them to respond to me in writting.
