First for Women: Insurance Claim

My vehicle is insured with first for women. The car needs repairs from an accident I had a while back. On 06 January 2014 I called the insurance for claims and repairs. The call centre agent took down my details and assured me that all is well, and that I will hear from them about when and where to take my car in for repairs. There was not call so I called again 09 January 2014. Once again I was assured that I will receive the call. Immediately after I got a call from them saying that they'll call me still about the where to take my car. I waited again as it all seemed promising. Unfortunately It was all in vain I had to call them again on 24 January 2014. today its 28 January 2014 almost a month later, I still haven't received that call. I had to called this morning only to get help from a fourth different person puzzled that there is still no help. His advise was that I should do all the booking myself. I do not deserve this treatment from someone who has never skipped a payment not claimed before. As far as I am concerned they should pay for every penny concerning this claim.
