Poor service from safarinow

On January 15 2014 I booked through [URL Removed] at J&B lodge, I paid a deposit of R1750 for our honeymoon in September, a few days after that my brother booked us a honeymoon as a wedding gift, so I informed J&B lodge, which they told me I must cancel through SafariNow, I phoned them the operator said I must send a mail, which I did on 24 January 2014, I received no response so I sent another on 26 January 2014, and yet again nothing, I asked on a e mail if someone can come back to me on 27 January, the same day I phoned in again and talked to Khanyiswa Madolo who I thought was helpful she sent me a mail to forward my banking details, which I did. After that I got no respond I e mailed Khanyiswa 29 January 2014 to ask what is going on, because she said it wil take 72 hours from my first mail on 24January 2014, once again no response. 30 January 2014 I sent another e mail and no one comes back to me, they gave me 48 hours to pay no I must wait till my life ends before they refund me and only 50% for a cancelation 8 months before I go, I was friendly and nice but if I don't hear nothing by Monday 3 February 2014 I would have no choice to take further steps.
