I took my car in for repairs to Lindsay Saker VW Vereeniging on Wednesday 8 January 2014. On Thursday 9 January 2014, I was promised that I will receive my car on Monday 13 January 2014 at the latest. After calling Lindsay Saker on Monday 13 January 2014 to get the status on my car, i was informed that I will get my car on Tuesday 14 January 2014 or Wednesday 15 January 2014 early morning at the latest. After phoning them again today to check the status, they said my vehicle will only be ready on Thursday 16 January. I have no other transport and a courtesy vehicle is not available to me. this is totally unacceptable!
