I called on 5/01/2014 spoke to an agent to query my account since i was told my account will be suspended if i default on payments for the month of January. however i remember making payments twice in 1 month then continued to pay there after meaning multi-choice owes me a month of entrainment, i requested a recon statement since 1/07/2013 - 5/01/2014 to prove that i did make payments. the agent promised to send the statements via e-mail and I'm still waiting. I have not received any statements from Multi-choice since 07/2013 and this company still refuses to prove me with my statements and have now suspended my account.
I urge that this be dealt with today and my line to be re-instated today. i further made a call to the customer care line again today (8/01/2014) where i was holding for 7 minutes waiting on an agent. if this is not dealt with by today i will make sure this complaint reaches the highest complaint commission.
