No service at Cape Mail Hu

I ordered hair extensions from Hong Kong through Ebay, It didn't take long to get to South Africa - but when it got here, the problems started. My package has been at Cape Mail Hub for 7 days now and it just says "in transit". I understand human hair extensions can be seen as human waste or a kind of "weird package" - so we had to send proof of payment, ID documentation etc. The problem is how are you supposed to send all the documentation if nothing at Cape Mail Hub works? - Not the fax number, not the number you should call. Nothing. There is no service and I am starting to worry about my package, Hair extensions are rather expensive and it is not a package I can afford to lose.
