I had bought and done my hair extensions at Glamor hair I was guaranteed its 100% human hair. Only to find out its not back at my salon. Ithe salon took pics on how my scalp was burned and extensions glued right at my roots there was a mass of glue all over my own hair. I had to pay my salon R700 to take it out and have a treatment done I have pics galore of how bad it was done and burned. now Jenny from glamor hair said I must come the end of the month she will give me the 100% hair and I must bring the ones that's fake and taken out. Just received a message ehere she said I van go to a laywer. So I'm losing R3700.00 what customer service is rthis and the pain I had to go through no compensation at all.
