I bought hair extensions from Bella Hair Extensions a while ago & was happy for some time. She advertises the hair as 100% human Hair & told me that treatment I do to my own hair can be done to the extensions (cut, colour, bleach, iron etc). I spent R1500 on the extensions only to discover a few weeks later when I proceeded to lighten the hair in the salon it didnt even budge! it stayed the colour that it was bought, so the salon specialists told me that the hair was infact synthetic. I calmly expressed my concerns with BELINDA (OWNER-BELLA HAIR EXTENSIONS), & requested a refund as this wasnt the extension quality she so sincerely promises. She then sent me a number of bbm messages telling me how 'disgustin" I am and other insults a respectable customer should not even be called. I remained polite & told her I would get my hair somewhere else. Recently an Aunt of mine said she saw my picture on her facebook page wearing the Bella extensions (a picture i took the very night i bought them). So I called Belinda kindly requesting she take my picture down. Once again she insulted me, I put the phone down & she smsed me immediately tellng me "GET A LIFE YOU HORRIBLE COW". Malicious abuse
