I got my extensions done by Suzy Q hair Salon. The hair extensions that they used was great lengths. I got my hair extensions installed on the 19th of December 2012. After 4 weeks I lost 6 extensions in total and had extreem notting.spoke to great lenth about it. They agreed to see me in January to see what the problem was. The great lenth consultant told the hair stylist that installed I the extensions that she needed to blend it in I lost another hair extension at the salon while they were there.

When she installed my hair extensions she did not use all of them and I still have left there.
I had maintenance done on the same day. Was not 3 days and I lost another 3 extensions. I phoned great lengths to inform them about this. They said they will come and see me on 14th February on the same day the salon owner of suzy Q sent me a snotty SMS saying I am making her salon name bad. She blamed me bec I swam the whole december, she said I never dried my bonds. But I did after swimming. On the day of the 14 I met them. The consultant blamed me. Quick to take 10000k from a client but refuses to help them.
