One of the sales reps from the company came to see me, as I wanted to see the products which they sell. I bought a packet of clip-in extensions. When the rep was here, she informed me that the extensions can be colored and be treated exactly the same as my own hair. When I opened the packet, the extensions were so thin and not nearly enough for a full head. I colored the extensions to match my hair color, after they were rinsed and treated with a post colour treatment, the color came out dull and seemed washed out. I phoned the branch and spoke to Wendy. I explained my problem to her and she couldnt give me a solution and she said that they have other extensions that will be thicker. I already spent R385, will certainly not spend more money if I'm unhappy with a product.
