This company advertises on gumtree and on their website [URL Removed] "100% Remy Clip-On Human Hair Extensions"
On the 13th of June 2013 I phoned them and spoke to Erika. I e-mailed her a photo of my hair style and colour. She confirmed that she has the correct colour for me.
I went to see her the evening on the 13th. She did not allow me to fit on any extensions, but she did feel my hair and confirmed that I have very thick hair, and that the 20 inch extensions she has will work perfectly for me.
As soon as I got home I fitted them immediately noticed that they were to thin for my hair, and it really didn't look nice at all. I instantly sent her a sms to inform her about the situation and asked her if I can return it for a refund.
She only replied the next morning saying "Sorry non-refundable" I sent her a photo of what it looked like, and explained everything to her. She again replied with "Sorry non-refundable"
She advertises 100% Remy, but no where on the packaging does it say that it's Remy. So it's fake. I feel that she is very unprofessional. Please take my advice and do not ever by hair extensions from them
