I was busy having my hair extensions maintained, when Rinaldi received a call from a client, asking her about a complaint that has been filed about her on hellopeter. When I asked her out about the complaint, I was utterly shocked. Rinaldi has been doing my hair since 2009 and I never had any problems with my own hair or the extensions. Non what so ever. I have always received excellent service from her, as well as the hair quality is remarkable. I was referred by a friend to go to her after I had a bad experience with a very well known extension company. I would recommend Rinaldi to anybody that wants to have beautiful extensions. She is qualified, knows what she is doing and after having extensions done by her for the last 4 years, my hair has never been in a better condition. I never had to deal with anything that the other person made her out to be or find problems with her quality of hair. Having met a few other clients of hers, I can say with all honesty, they were impressed with her good workmanship. I will gladly be a reference and show my hair to anybody that wants to see.
