I had an appontment with Stacey at GHDesigns for long awaited hair extensions on Sunday 10 Feb 2013 at 10:30. I was sent to have my hair washed and brought back to the work station. I waitied a while for her as someone had double booked her for another client requiring colouring. I was patient at that point due to my excitement. She started off with my hair and had to leave to attend to other clients in between, which I felt was highly unprofessional. She does not work on Sundays and came in especially for me. I ended up leaving the salon at 15:07 after I was told that it was a 2 hour procedure (worst case scenario). This was not my only worry... I have thick hair and went in before the time to get a quote and she still noted the thickness of my hair and confirmed that 125 strands would be enough to 'fill up' my hair to look natural. It wasn't. I ended up having too little hair extensions to suit the thickness of my hair. She started thining out my hair so much to fit in with the extensions, which upset me as the reason for the extensions were to help me grow my hair! Just before completion she said she under quoted me and I would have to pay in! 20 strands already fell out!
