In December 2012 I went to Lizette @ Lumi Style to rebond and refit my current hair extensions. I have had hair extensions for the over 2 years, and I'm very familiar with the products and do's and don't of having hair extensions. After 2 weeks my hair extensions started to "fall out". I contacted Lizette but she was not in the salon, and was given her cell no. I then contacted her on her cell, but she did not take my call. I then sent her an email explaining my current situation with my hair extensions, but she did not retrun my call neither sms's sent. When I came back from holiday in Jan 2013 I contacted her once again, and finally got hold of her. I explained my problem, but the feedback I got from her is that I should only be using Palmolive Shampoo (the cheapest shampoo on the selve) and that is why my extensions had fallen out. She refused to reimburse me with the money (R2000.00) I paid to have the extensions refitted, as she said she's not taking responsibility. The service I received from Lizette is shocking to say the least!! As mentioned, I have had extensions for more than 2 years, and I cannot believe that Lizette's says that I'm only allowed to use Palmoli
