MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT ON BIDORBUY

ON THE 20 AUGUST 2013 I SAW AN ADVERT ON BIDORBUY WEBSITE ABOUT BRAND NEW Restonic Mattress and Base Queen Beds SOLD BY ONLINE LIVING FOR R 2199.00.

THE ADVERT CLEARLY INDICATED GURANTEED QUALITY OF THE BED. DELIVERY ONLY HAPPEN YESTERDAY 27 AUGUST 2013 IN MY ABSENCE. MY WIFE RECEIVED THE DELIVERY ITEM AND SIGNED ON THE INVOICE WITH WRITTEN NOTICES: NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO GURANTEE AND SOLD AS IS. UPON MY ARRIVAL LATE IN THE EVENING I OPEN THE SEALED BED AND DISCOVERED THAT THE BED WAS REFURBISHED BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. NO HOLES UNDER THE BASE TO INSERT THE LEGS FOR HEIGHT
2. THE MATTRESS HAD A 2CM CUT ON THE SIDE
3. UNPALATABLE CHEMICAL SMELL LIKE ON THE MATTRESS

I THEN IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE SELLER (ONLINE LIVING) AT 0760213442 TO INFORM HIM OF THE DEFECT BUT NO LUCK AND THE TEXT MESSAGES I SENT WAS EQUALLY IGNORED. THIS MORNING I SENT HIM THE EMAIL AND THIS IS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED:

"We will take this seriously and notify the manufacturer, Restonic company of your complaint but unfortunately we can not assist on your side because you have already acted further before we came back to you."

I WANT YOU TAKE ACTION AND GET ME REFUNDED MY MONEY
