I initially had a flood at home and my insurers used restonic to replace my base set restonic gave us a 3 week time frame which I personally thought was too long but anyway they took that amount of Time when they delivered the base my insurers ordered the matching mattress and was given a two week time frame for that which also was a bit long the day that was delivered and I used the set there was a squeaking sound from bed I reported it the same day and the guy from restonic came out to view the bed and promised they would replace the base within a week and a half after Alot of emails and calls from me they delivered today and surprise surprise it's the wrong base set my issue is that how can a factory only make one bed at a time and why is there such a long waiting period
