IT HAS JUST COME TO MY ATTENTION FROM MR KOBUS KOCH FROM RESTONIC SA THAT THE COMPANY (ONLINE LIVING) SELLING RESTONIC BEDS ON YOUR WEBSITE AS BRAND NEW IS ACTUALLY DISINGENUOUS WITH THE INFORMATION PUT ON THE ADVERTISEMENT.

ACCORDING TO KOBUS ONLINE LIVING LIKE MANY OTHER COMPANIES BUYS REJECTS RESTONIC BEDS FROM FACTORY AND RESELL THEM TO PEOPLE AS BRAND NEW OR ORIGINAL. THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME AND UNFORTUNATELY I WILL LIKE TO BE REFUNDED MY MONEY AND THE ITEM TO BE RECOLLECTED AS I DO NOT NEED IT.

WHAT IS EVEN WORSE IS THE CHEMICAL SPRAYED ON THE MATTRESS THAT I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS HARMFUL TO HUMAN INHALATION. THIS IS VERY UNCALLED FOR AND THIS COMPANY MUST BE DE-LISTED FROM BIDORBUY WEBSITE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY. WHERE HAVE YOU HEARD IN THE COUNTRY THAT WHEN YOU BUY AN ITEM IT COMES WITH INVOICE WRITTEN "NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO GUARANTEE AND SOLD AS IS". THIS IS DAY LIGHT USING CYBER SPACE AND MUST BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE ATTEND TO MY REQUEST FOR MY REFUND.
