Restonic Queen size bed

I bought a Queen size Restonic bed from Geen & Richards in East London, Oxford Street in July 2012. Six months after having the bed the mattress's wire on the side started coming out. I contacted the East London Branch and spoke to the salesman who helped me Mike, and the Manager George who both were very helpful and ended up having my mattress changed for a new one, which I thought was fantastic service.
Now After having this mattress delivered to me in about January early February 2013, I can already feel the wire underneath as I lay on the bed, and this is getting very uncomfortable and irritating.
I have tried to get in contact with the EL branch but think there is a problem with network and cannot get through, however I got through to your Jhb office and asked the black lady to ask EL to contact me, but to no avail.
I am asking for someone to please see to my problem as I did pay just over R6000 cash for the bed. Is there any chance that a plan can be made to either get a better make at the same price or some sought of compensation for the bed, after all this is now the second time and Restonic is supposed to be such a good make is it not.
