Geyser burst Sunday 19/01, replaced before lunch time the next day. Veronica dealt with my query, called me back in under 30 mins explaining to me that my warranty had just expired but if I could detail what the problem was she would look into it. Another 30 mins later she had spoken to the manager Rudi, and he had approved my claim. Astounding service, going the extra mile, no incentive to do so, just pure outstanding customer service. Kwikot, you should be proud of these two staff members. They are the customer facing fabric of your business that has gained you a customer that will be loyal to your brand due to the customer service experienced. Top notch. Well done Kwikot.
