Our geyser burst last Friday evening and my husband took some photos and went to the local plumbing supply store. They confirmed it needed replacing and luckily the serial number could be seen in the photos so they called Kwikot for us and they confirmed it was still under guarantee and by lunch they had come and installed our new geyser at no cost to us! Excellent after sales service!
