DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM KWIKOT

On the 15th of December our geyser burst. As a tenant of the property we reported this to our agent who sent a plumber to evaluate the damage. The water was switched off and we were advised that the problem was reported to Kwikot.By Tuesday the geyser was still not repaired. Between myself and the agent we continued to call Kwikot to enquire as to when they would repair it. Wednesday staff from Kwikot arrived at the premises but failed to bring a ladder. And left after taking photos of themselves standing next to my husbands bike. I was advised that they would have to go to another job in VD Bijl and that they would try to come back the same day. Later on after calling again I was advised that they would be at the premises at 10am Thursday morning - to no avail. Continuous calls again by myself and the agents, we got the same attitude "we'll get there when we get there" CUSTOMER SERVICE OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT EXIST IN YOUR COMPANY KWIKOT. For a client to be shouted at disrespectfully by a "service provider" should not be heard of. I seriously think the owner of Kwikot should consider a Business etiquette and frontline course for these employees.
