Poor Service as well as poor product

A brand new Kwikot geyser installed, 8 months later the isolator burnt and had to be replaced. Now 3.5 years on and due to geyser being under warranty only Kwikot can replace the geyser. We had to wait 24 hrs only to be told that they will have to return tomorrow with a bigger team. The reason: "We didn't know that it was a double storey or that the geyser was burst." This is after speaking to their service centre operators twice and their manager yesterday as well as the call being logged by a plumber who came out, took pictures and confirmed the geyser was burst. Is it not their job as a Service Centre to ensure they obtain all and the correct information? When then speaking to the manager Jan he said he wasn't the call centre. So thanks to their poor call centre and poor product we have no hot water until tomorrow and have to be here to supervise the repairs. They of course take no responsibility for what has happened. I will not support this company in future.
