I sent my Kia Cerato sedan to kia in edenvale because of a driving experience problem they sent my husband and i to do a shocks test, we go the report and the car's shocks failed. we then sent the report to kia edenvale and asked them to help sort out along with the central locking issue.they booked the car for these as the car is under warrant

we brought the car in on 26/11/2013 for the above to be sorted as discussed with the workshop. Tiaan Jooste was our service advisor and he had all documents for the shocks report surprisingly when i went to collect my car in the afternoon nothing was done to my car! he said that they sent the claim to KIA SA to approve the placement of the shocks and the central locking. i dont understand why this was not done prior as we did send them the report a week in advance, the car was with them for a whole day just for them to send a CLAIM?? Tiaan said he would phone us when the approval has been done.. NOTHING!! On the 9/01/2014 my husband sent an email to their Workshop manager, Ronnie concern, he didnt even respond but he did receive it as he confimed this when we took the car in for service on 13th Jan.
