Very impressed having had my A5 serviced all around the country... Claremont (Faheem) was the only service advisor who truly went the extra mile and resolved a long-outstanding engine noise (a damaged belt) which neither Alpine in Pinetown nor Audi PMB could ever resolve. In addition he ensured my engine mountings were replaced and a paint issue was fixed. Above and beyond this he ensured Supa Quick sorted my tyres out and my car was delivered to my home whilst I was away on business. I can't wait for their new premises to be finished as I must admit their current premises are antiquated to say the lease... but I will return if they can keep up the service!
