I had created a compliant 1 - 2 months ago with regards to my billing issue with Sell Direct.
I had taken a contract out through sell direct for a telkom LTE 10GIG internet service.
Subsequently I have been have numerous issues with regards to my account charges changing from month to month. I have a fixed contract amount!!! the amount due should never change, yet it has been for the past 5 months. I have yet again been charged extra last month. I was told by the agent that I would be getting a call back with regards to the outcome. I have not received any feedback from that day.
If sell direct cannot properly handle my contract i would prefer that it be cancelled. I will not pay any cancellation fees as sell direct has failed to provide me with a service. When I call telkom they ask me to call sell direct and vice versa. I am being pushed around and I am not getting any joy at all!!!
