Collect your device please

After receiving and activating a contract, though the device packaging has not been opened, I contacted Sell-direct and 8ta (telkom mobile) within 7days to inform them of my decision not to continue using their service and device. 8ta accepted my cancellation with no penalties but said they will not accept the device, it should only be collected by Sell-direct and i will pay a fee of R300 for collection as Sell-directs conditions stipulate.

when contacting Sell-direct I've been made to stay on the line for 20 minutes and more without anything coming to fruition. their managers and supervisors are always busy with something and they cannot attend to my problem. this has been the issue for months and lately i cannot get hold of anyone in this company except for an answering machine with options where there is no one on the other side. i'm not sure if this company exists anymore.
