I called Frank from All Pool Solutions in randburg as I had a host of small niggly problems and algae in my pool. His team came out on the friday, applied some chemicals and left. I had to call him and ask him to come back the next day to vacuum the pool and finish the job. After being promised a 9am appointment on a Saturday the team finally arrived at 2.30pm. I had a lunch time appointment which I was then late for. His team (i never met Frank once) then vacuumed the pool. They also replaced the attachment at the kreepy (not a new one) and took my old one with them. When i examined the pool the next day, it was still milky. The attachment was the wrong one and caused the kreepy to come out of the weir. They did mot put the pool net back properly and I have a toddler. When I complained, i was verbally assaulted on sms.
