Eing completely ripped off by cell direct

This is my second letter to hello peter with regards to sell direct and how they have completely stitched their customers into locked contracts where they not only are unable to give clear explanation for charges and unreceived bill breakdowns, but they also completely take the customer to the cleaner offering a free replacement phone when the phone is for actual fact refurbished- i honestly believe that I have never received a new handset from sell direct who is in hands with autopage who then goes to the networks.
My experience with the company since joining has been tiring and frustrating and I would advise anyone who wants clear service and answers to go direct to networks.
I have a total of 73 mails asking for clarity only to receive half hearted responses. My latest refurbishe (but was told new) phone broke again- the exact same problem as before with the last phone.
this time i have been told it was water damaged-and i am allowed a 'rental phone 'until my contract termination-which i have to pay - this is absolutely unacceptable.two other issue are since when does a person whose bill is over 1k have to pay to recieve itemised billing? so now i pay and i have yet to receive.
