BAD SERVICE NO FEEDBACK

I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE 3 TIME AND THERE WERE NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THE THERE SYSTEM WAS SAYING CONTRACT ACTIVE BUT I DID A UP GRADE AND THEY SAY I NEED TO GO TO SELL DIRECT MARKETING AND SORT IT OUT, THE STORE DO NOT HAVE PROPER CONTACT DETAIL HOW DO THEY RUN THE BUSINESS NO PHONE NO FEEDBACK I GOT PROOF OF CONFIRMATION THAT I DO NOT HAVE A ACTIVE CONTRACT WITH SELL DIRECT THAT SHOWS ON TELKOM MOBILE STORE THAT I AM ACTIVE AND MY CONTRACT ONLY EXPIRES IN NOVEMBER WITH TELKOM MOBILE SO THAT THE REASON WHY I AM DOING THE UPGRADE IT BAD SERVICE THEY NOT DOING THE JOB PROPERLY WOULD DO I DO?
