I am really unhappy with sell direct.
They phoned me on the 15the October to inform me that an upgrade can be done. I did the upgrade, and Brandon told me that the upgrade was done, i will receive my phones shortly.
well i did receive my phones on the 17th, but i cant use the phones. I phoned 8ta and they told me to go to a telkom direct store to do a swim swop.
when i got there, they could help me because the upgrade was never done on the system.
i tried phoning brandon on his cellphone and on the land lines but the numbers doesnt seem to be working.
i am really unhappy with sell direct, because now i have to pay for something i cant use.
