I, as someone who is quite the dummy when it comes to E-Tolling (I stay in KZN) drove through the new tollgates in Johannesburg when I visited my parents recently. I phoned Sanral to get assistance with what the payment options are for someone like myself and I received very patient and quite friendly service from a call centre employee called Luchen Plaatjies. I also really appreciated the fact that there was an option for Afrikaans call centre service.
