I complained on HelloPeter about the FACT that Sanral refuses (illegally) to take a partial cash payment for a Non-tagged vehicle at a Sanral Kiosk. Eventually (I mean EVENTUALLY) I got an email reply from Sanral with a lot of garbage attached and no response to the actual complaint raised. Like the call centres - it seems as if the consultants dealing with problems at Sanral are out of their depth, and have a very poor understanding of English. Time and again they respond to queries with rubbish, or ask for account numbers when there are none. Frankly - driving on a road in Malawi is more appealing to me than having to deal with incompetent people at Sanral who are trying to drive a 3rd world system full of problems..I dont have time to waste because Sanral cannot get anything to work smoothly.
