WHERE HAS MY EFT PAYMENT GONE?

Last week i thought i would "try" to pay SANRAL for the "pleasure" of using the toll roads. I HAVE an etag! I am a cautious person, so I decided to try just a small amount of R50 payment via EFT. According to SANRAL we pay the amount to their bank, and note our customer number on the payment. within 3 to 5 days the credit will appear on my E Toll amount -So Sanral says. On Monday, "someone" from SANRAL phoned me on my cell phone, DID NOT tell me their name, and asked for information about this payment. I was in a meeting and requested the person to call me the next day. She then said i was to send proof of payment of this R50 amount. SANRAL YOU ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH.THERE IS NOTHING SIMPLE ABOUT PAYING BY EFT, BECAUSE MY PAYMENT IS LOST.YES I PUT IN ALL THE CORRECT REFERENCES. I sent the proof of payment to the email account per the website, and have heard nothing since then. Yesterday, Thursday I raised a query with SANRAL on their website, and got the usual IRRITATING response that it will be attended to. I AM WAITING.Today Friday, i phoned SANRAL to find out what is happening. NOTHING is happening because they are trying to reconcile payments. WHEN WILL YOU RECOGNISE my payment
