Don't really know why I bother to complain here as I see no complaints is even answered.
What is wrong with SANRAL as one can not even register online and need to talk to someone at the call centre that can not even spell properly.
I want to be sure that my data is captured correctly.
You making people even more upset by your further incompetency. If you can not maintain a website how can we trust any accounts?
How is it that other tollgates operated by SANRAL does not recognise the E-tags?
