Can Sanral please fix their website as its slow and does not open. Ive received an sms saying I owe money to Sanral. I phoned their call centre to enquire and after being diverted to 3 call centre agents, i was then diverted to the VPC department who told me to go onto the website [URL Removed] This website is slow and keeps timing out! Can this be resolved so I can access my comprehensive bill showing all my transactions as I will not make payment on an sms invoice. The details Sanral had on the system were incorrect as well, no wonder because I did not give my details out to them.
