Sanral has received more complaints/comments on Hello Peter over the past few weeks than almost very other company put together.
I have looked at ever one of these comments and each has the same automated response: "Thank you for your query. It is receiving attention. SANRAL will revert with a response."
Sanral is clearly not even bothering to read these complaints, some of which are very valid and should be addressed immediately. I'm sure that the reply to this complaint will prove this and that Sanral are completely incompetent and disinterested in any of the problems that they should be dealing with.
