Booked my 3 animals for full grooming service over a week ago for today. Called 4 times to find out where driver was, 1st they had different time, 2nd was told crazy day, 3rd was told confusion at store and that driver was out collecting 2 before me, 4th was my final call where I had enough - 2 hours of waiting if you look at their time booked - my time booked meant 3.5 hours waiting. Why do I have to call to find out what is going on? Why are they not calling me. All I got was ridiculous excuses, heir customer service and service alone because their driver still has not arrived. They should be calling me and telling me how they are going to fix things. So now I have 3 animals at home needing a xmas bath, I am 37 weeks pregnant with twins and have to find someone else at this late stage. I AM LIVID!
