What Poor Customer Service

The grooming parlour i normally use was fully booked. I browsed the internet and found Gentle Pets which offered a mobile service They could not help me immediately. The lady was very professional and told me she could help me the next Saturday to which I agreed. I asked her what times but she was unable to tell me as they only do the allocation on Fridays due to other bookings that might come in during the week. I had to know a time due to a birthday party I had to attend with my daugter. On Friday evening, I had to phone them as I have not heard from them. The lady advised me that they could not find my address on the GPS. This was a poor excuse and I gave them a street name close to where I stay to enable them to find it on their GPS. I was booked on the 13:00 - 15:00 run. 15:00 came and gone but no groomers pitched. When I contacted them, i was told that all of a sudden I fell without their service area. I was very agitated and told the lady exactly how i felt about their service. The phone was dropped in my ear. I then got an SMS telling me that they had a death in the family and that i must rather find someone else. I missed the birthday party and my dogs still needs grooming
