On 13 July 2013 at 17:30, i booked a taxi to pick me up at 00:30 midnight from my home Rockville, Soweto to Bankcity, Johannesburg CBD, and it was confirmed with me that the taxi will come but guess what it never came and when i called to find out what happened to the taxi i booked some old lady told me that it was never booked, she didn't see any record of it, and again in the morning i booked another taxi to pick me up at Bankcity, guess what it came but when i went down out to the taxi, the driver said to me he's been waiting for me for a long time so he decided to take someone else, when i called the call centre again an old man shouted at me saying why am i still angry about the taxi that didn't pick me up, i should have gone down a long time ago.
Rose travel & Enterprise, take off the old people from taking calls because they are rude, incompetent, have a hearing problem, forget easily and mostly very old they must just sleep and eat that's the job they must do.
I find this very disappointing and unprofessional because you are going to lose customer's because of the old people you hire. Or are they saving your cost when it comes to salary?
